Do you offer a bespoke joinery service?
We pride ourselves in using the highest quality of materials and expert craftsman cabinet makers to achieve our customers vision.

Can I order custom colours of your products?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer product customisation.
If an item is out of stock, can I still order it?
Some out of stock items can be ordered. These include furniture, vases & bowls. To place an order for an out of stock item, please email info@5mm-store.com. Please note surcharge apply for ordering out of stock items. Please note if an item is discontinued, it cannot be ordered.
How much does delivery cost?
For UK orders, a £10 shipping charge is applicable to smaller items.
For large heavy items such as Sculptural Wall Art and Large Sculptures, delivery cost is calculated on a quotation basis following order confirmation. Our 5mm Design team will be in touch following your purchase with more information. You may also obtain a shipping quote prior to ordering by emailing info@5mm-store.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Our shipping rates and zones are as follow:
Europe Standard Delivery: £20.00
United States Standard Delivery: £50.00
GCC Countries: £70.00
Russia: £85.00
Please note that the above delivery costs do not apply to Wall Art, Furniture and Large Sculptures.
I live outside of your delivery zones; can I still order your products and deliver?
Yes. We can obtain competitive quotations to deliver worldwide. Please email info@5mm-store.com with your order details.
Do you have a physical shop?
Do you offer exchange or refunds?
Yes. If for any reason, you are not happy with your product, you can email your request to info@5mm-store.com within 14 days of the original receipt and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund, minus the delivery cost.
Certain items are excluded from the refund/exchange policy, these include:
Books
Made-to-Order Items
Large Sculptures that cannot be sent by mail
If you would like us to arrange collection for the items, we will do so and deduct the delivery cost from the outstanding refund balance.

What about faulty items?
If you have received an item that you believe is faulty, please email info@5mm-store.com with complete description and images of the item and the faulty part within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note that polished metal products may have minor visible marks or ‘scratches’ that may not class as faulty due to the nature of the manufacturing process for polished metals. These do not class as faulty or damaged.
Do you offer Trade Accounts?
Yes. We take great pride in working with creative trade professionals and developers. Please contact us for information on our trade program.
Can you design and manufacture bespoke furniture if I supply you with a reference image?
Yes. We have an in-house design team that specialises in furniture design. We work with Italian manufacturers and we are able design and procure complex projects.
Do you offer an Interior Design service?
Yes. Our 5mm Design Studio specialises in high-end residential projects from concept to completion worldwide. Our design services are tailored to each project and include:

We offer complete Interior Design service from concept development to completion that is tailored to the client needs and budget.
Space Planning
We have an extensive experience in smart space planning and layouts. We offer full CAD drawing services and 3D visuals.
Furniture Design
We have a passion for creating bespoke furniture and joinery pieces that doubles as both functional and a work of art.
Interior Styling
We offer complete interior styling services that completes an interior design concept through our close relation with a wide network of exclusive suppliers.
